You have 14-days to return your Sixth Street Ocarina purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, just let us know.

You are responsible for return shipping fees on return items,but if your item was damaged in the shipping process we will gladly send you out a new item.We package well and have never had an Ocarina or whistle get broken during shipping. All we ask is you call or email us when you receive your damaged item(s)or if you plan to return an item.

How soon will my item be shipped and when will I recieve it?

All orders are shipped via United State Postal Service (USPS) 2-3 day priority mail within 2 business days after your order has been received,so you should expect to receive your item in 3-5 business days.

How shipping rates are calculated

Shipping rates are based on the subtotal amount of the order.

Subtotal amount: $0.00 to 11.99 = FREE

Subtotal amount: $12.00 to $35.00 = 6.95

Subtotal amount: $35.01 and up = 6.95

Please note: all international rates are a flat $ 35.00 USD except Canada $ 25.00 USD
